Online Roll Release & Restore Pilates Masterclass
Are you experiencing tight, tense muscles? Join this 45-minute masterclass that utilizes a foam roller, prickly stimulation balls, and a long band (Pilates kit) to help alleviate tension and stretch tight muscles. This session combines Pilates movements, trigger point therapy, and fascia release techniques to rejuvenate your body. We’ll begin with standing mobility exercises to warm up, followed by mat work that focuses on mobilizing, strengthening, and stretching areas where tension accumulates, effectively releasing trigger points and fascia restrictions. As a bonus, the session concludes with a segment on the foam roller, which can also be used independently as a quick session.
