Personalized Pilates training available for individuals or small groups, featuring a bespoke program tailored to your specific needs.

Sessions are held in-studio, with occasional home visits offered.

– To relieve general lower back pain
– To address stiffness and inflexibility
– If a doctor or medical professional has advised you to practice Pilates or if you’re dealing with a medical condition or injury that limits your activities.
 **When:**
Daytime appointments only. Please contact the studio for availability.  
**Additional Details:** – Initial consultation and assessment lasting approx 90 minutes – 1hr x 3 Follow-up sessions available in 
– Exercises filmed and emailed for your home reference
 – Weekly check-ins to track your progress and adjust your program as needed.
