What’s Happening In January

We hope this newsletter finds you well and ready to kick-start the new year with a renewed focus on health and fitness. As we step into 2024, we have an exciting lineup of classes, events and programmes  lined up for you. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or looking to make a positive change in your lifestyle, we have something for everyone. Here’s what’s happening:

1. Menofit Cafe – Sat 13th Jan 1pm- Stress Busting Techniques:

Join us at Menofit Cafe on Saturday, January 13th, for a coffee & informal chat with a session on stress-busting techniques. Learn effective strategies to manage stress and improve your overall well-being. It’s the perfect opportunity to unwind and start the year on a positive note. 2. ABC – Absolute Beginners Walkfit Week – Online:

If you’re new to fitness or looking to ease into a routine, our Beginners Walkfit Week is perfect for you. Join our online programme, where you’ll spend just 15 minutes per day for a week in a pop-up Facebook group. Everyone has 15mins to spare. It’s a great way to kick-start your fitness journey at your own pace. The program costs only £7. 

3. Sam Deans Corporate Fit:

We’re excited to promote Sam Deans Corporate Fit, a program that brings health and fitness into the workplace. If you know any HR managers or companies interested in promoting employee well-being, please spread the word about this fantastic initiative. Your help is greatly appreciated. 

4. The Online Fit in 15 Club – January Special Offer:

Online fitness has become increasingly popular, and our NEW website ‘samdeansfit.com‘ 

is now up & running to access the workouts and we’re thrilled to offer a special promotion for The Online Fit in 15 Club. Join us for the month of January at a reduced price of £19 (save £10). It’s the perfect opportunity to change your fitness habits and experience the benefits of online workouts which involve cardio, strength & conditioning, flexibility and core workouts.

5. Zumba – Exercise in Disguise:

Zumba is back on January 10th! Join us for this fun and addictive dance fitness class. Boogie to great tunes while getting a fantastic workout. If you’ve never tried Zumba before, your first class is free! (Pm to Book your trial FREE class) Don’t miss out on this opportunity to enjoy exercise in disguise. You can book for January now (January block) or the single class bookings will be open sun 7/1/24.

6. Seniors Fitness and Seniors Dance:

We have two fantastic sessions each week tailored for active seniors. Seniors Fitness starts on January 9th and promises a different workout every week to keep things fun and engaging. Seniors Dance begins on January 12th and offers easy-to-follow moves for a Friday boogie that lifts your mood and sets you up for the weekend. Both sessions are low-impact and knee-friendly. Bookings open sun 7/1/24 for Seniors.

7. Total Body Blast:

Starting on Thursday, January 11th, our Total Body Blast class is designed to give you a well-rounded workout. The session is divided into sections, including Cardio Blast, Toning Time, and Complete Core. It’s the perfect all-rounder class to challenge and strengthen your body. 8. Fitkidz:

Fitkidz kicks off on Friday, January 12th. If you have a little one (ages 5-11) who are eager to dance, stay active and have fun, this session is ideal. Help your kids develop healthy habits and join us for Fitkidz. Book Now to guarantee your space.

9. Pilates:

Pilates blocks will resume the week commencing January 15th. Existing members had until December 31st, 2023, to book their spaces. So any spaces will appear on the booking site in the next few days.  Look out for the new Hotties Release & Restore Well-Being workshop – you will need a long hot water bottle for this one.
