As we welcome lighter nights and the changing weather, it’s the perfect time to take stock of your health and well-being. I have some exciting updates and events to share with you:

2. 4-week Pilates Pop-Up Program: I received fantastic feedback from our recent program and am planning to run another one in the summer.

3. Wellbeing Workshop for Wellness: Saturday, 9th March 2024, for a workshop focused on well-being, including a healthy brunch. Please note that this event is NOW FULLY BOOKED, but if you’re interested in participating in the next well-being workshop, get in touch.

4. April Abs Challenge: Get ready for our upcoming challenge that will help you strengthen your core. Stay tuned for more details.

5. New Website: Our website is still a work in progress, but we invite you to check it out. You’ll also find a FREE Walkfit workout available for you to try. We’re currently developing a BLOG area with valuable tips and information. We’re excited to announce that the website now offers Online FIT in 15 Club sessions, bringing workouts right to your fingertips. We would love to hear your feedback.

6. Booking Classes: You now have the option to block book Zumba & Total Body Blast classes per month (terms & conditions apply). Alternatively, you can book single classes on a weekly basis, with slots available on Sunday mornings for the upcoming week. Use the link provided to book your classes.
