
The Well-Being Workshop held on Saturday 9th March 11-2pm at Sam’s Studio in Hawick was a resounding success.
We covered a variety of workshops, including Posture & Pilates, women working with weights, and a restore & relax session to wrap up the day. Special thanks to Ruth and Simon for providing a delicious and nutritious lunch at the Riversedge, which was served in a delightful high tea style.
